Roy Cook built Excel Innovations LLC with a simple mission: help people transform their bodies, confidence, and performance with clarity, efficiency, and science-backed support. From an early age, Roy was drawn to the world of physical fitness. He read bodybuilding and powerlifting literature and periodicals, studied the routines of elite athletes, and spent years inside the gym learning how the body adapts, grows, and evolves through consistent training and strategic nutrition.
What began as curiosity turned into dedication. Roy experimented with supplement stacks and ingredient combinations, always searching for ways to eliminate the unnecessary and amplify the results. He learned that real progress comes not from taking dozens of products, but from taking the right ingredients in the right balance at the right time.
An avid gym enthusiast and lifelong student of physical development, Roy brings together wellness science, practical experience, and a passion for helping others feel strong and capable in their own skin. His belief is straightforward: when people feel better, they live better.
